| Description |
| Our client, a leading IT Services provider, is seeking a Second Line Service Desk Engineer within their Managed Services department.
The main duties will be to receive technical and operational query calls and resolve the issues, update databases, monitor the status of incidents and track their progress, provide ‘on-site’ support, liaise with clients and other members of the group, assist in the research and compilation of documentation, perform scheduled tasks, attend and support client reviews and participate in the ‘out of hours’ on call rota.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a similar IT or Service Desk environment, be MCDST or MCSA qualified or have relevant experience and a knowledge of operational and technical service principles and Microsoft servers.
