| Our client a leading independent provider of corporate, trust and fund services to the financial sector worldwide is recruiting for a Fund Company Secretarial Administrator within their Technical Services Department.
The main purpose of the role will be to take responsibility for fund secretarial and statutory obligations relating to a defined portfolio of fund clients comprising of a mixture of open and closed ended funds.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience and hold the Certificate in Offshore Finance and Administration or a similar qualification and further study will be promoted. However candidates with some experience within this area will also be considered.
