| A 5 year housing licence may be available with this role.
The appointed applicant will play a leading role in this company. The candidate will be responsible for the structuring, negotiation and delivery of credit based solutions and will have responsibility for the analysis, documentation, monitoring and management of the risks within his/her portfolio.
The primary responsibilities include:
To provide dedicated support to the senior management
To make valued risk assessments and recommendations
To provide credit marketing solutions
To raise awareness of available lending products
To assist in the development of lending policies and products
The successful candidate will have international banking experience including relevant credit experience as well as a thorough knowledge of legal and taxation issues, collective investment schemes and trust and holding company structures.
The candidate should hold an ACIB professional or other (numerate) degree level banking qualification
