| This leading wealth management company is seeking to recruit a candidate who has at least 3 years company secretarial, or relevant legal experience, along with good attention to detail.
This varied role involves, planning and arranging director meetings, to include the preparation and distribution of board packs, arranging suitable venues and organising any required travel, attending meetings and preparing minutes, ensuring statutory records are set up accurately and maintained, organising AGM/EGMs, preparation and submission of company annual returns, maintenance of company secretarial databases and ensuring compliance with agreed service standards.
