| Description |
| This forward thinking group, focused on achieving the highest standard of service for their clients, is seeking to strengthen their Guernsey team. They are looking to recruit a professional with a minimum of 10 years financial services experience, with at least 5 years pensions, EBT and/or share options knowledge.
The successful applicant will lead key client relationships through effective engagement, deliver a high quality of day-to-day service and ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely fashion, support the identification and development of new business opportunities, identify, document and communicate high level procedures for activities/processes both internally and with clients, assist with the broader leaderships of the group’s pensions and benefits business and support colleagues in a team environment, helping to provide cover when others are absent.
