| Description |
| This role will be based within the Client Services Department; candidates need to be able to work under pressure with a high level of accuracy and have excellent customer service and communication skills.
The main purpose of the role will be to effectively and efficiently service the ongoing administrative requirements of corporate risk and retirement plan clients, in particular, to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the transactions processed.
Ensuring that premiums received, for both risk and pension/savings policies are allocated promptly and accurately to each certificate, completing reconciliation forms and documenting any differences. Assisting with user testing requirements for any alterations made to the computer systems and providing accurate and effective back office support to the account executives for both corporate risk and retirement/savings plan business.
