| Our client is recruiting for a Senior Administrator Company Secretariat to work in a busy team of bookkeepers, accountants, administrators and trainees.
This is a varied and very challenging role, candidates will be expected to be able to manage client relationships and be predominantly involved in ensuring that all company secretarial functions, duties and responsibilities are carried out. Understanding all aspects of Private Equity Fund administration would be beneficial.
As a senior member of the team it will be necessary to mentor, coach and train more junior members of the team and also to support and share knowledge with other private equity teams and management.
You will be responsible for all matters of corporate governance, be proficient in organising board meetings, taking minutes and liaising with regulatory bodies and making necessary fillings. The candidate will also be involved in the creation of new companies, and will need to be familiar with statutory requirements.
Applicants will ideally hold ICSA or a similar professional qualification or be willing to study for a relevant professional qualifications. Previous experience of Company Secretarial duties in a Funds or Trust and Company environment is essential.
