| As part of a Client Statutory Information Record Keeping Review Project, our client is looking for an experienced Company Secretariat on a contract basis for 3 months. The successful candidate will work in an advisory capacity investigating and analysing statutory information with the relevant client managers and establishing rectification actions, referring issues to an Advisory Committee where appropriate.
Strong technical, organisational and time management skills are a necessity in this busy work environment along with the ability to build working relationships with people in the business and work as part of a team.
Previous experience of Company Secretarial duties in a Funds or Trust and Company environment is essential and candidates should ideally hold ICSA or a similar professional qualification.
