| A fantastic opportunity to join a leading provider of corporate fiduciary services in the Channel Islands.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for delivery of Policy and Advisory activities in respect of compliance, financial crimes and sanctions across all regions and all business lines, analysis of regulation and legislation and resultant preparation and amendment of policies, determining primary regulatory and compliance, financial crimes and sanctions risks, in conjunction with the Oversight and Controls team and liaising with appropriate regulators and joint responsibility for resolution of breaches with Oversight and Controls team.
Applicants must have strong compliance experience, preferably gained within the private banking sector, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and expert knowledge of regulations, codes and guidance for compliance and AML/CFT across all jurisdictions.
