| Our client, an international private bank, is seeking an individual with 2-3 years proven funds / trustee experience to become an integral member of their Custodian Trustee Oversight team within Corporate & Institutional Business, helping to ensure that all regulatory compliance duties are completed.
Main responsibilities include, assisting with the preparation of written reports for each compliance visit and the follow up of any issues that arise, attending to day-to-day routine correspondence and telephone calls relating to all compliance issues, assisting with the review of Report and Accounts, supporting the new business take-on process, including the updating of operational logs or take-on spreadsheets, implementation of recommendations arising from internal/external audits, maintenance of all relevant Trust/Custodian records.
Applicants should have working knowledge of Collective Investment Scheme structures and basic knowledge of the securities industry and settlements process and ideally working towards Securities Institute or GACO qualification or similar. Excellent IT, organisational and teamwork skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines are also a required.
