Our client requires a motivated, proactive and experienced candidate to undertake the primary role of principal Desktop Services Analyst. You will be providing direct first line support to the user community in the resolution of both desktop and application issues in all Offshore jurisdictions.
The main purpose of the role will supervise a team of 3 reporting to the Head of Technology Operations and Desktop Services Manager.
This role will include some shift working to provide cover in remote locations.
Applicants should ideally have at least 3 years experience working in a similar role with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
