| This leading wealth management organisation is actively recruiting for an experienced trust professional to operate, maintain and improve on a systematic review of trusts (and companies) where the client provides trusteeship, administration or other services.
Key responsibilities include the review of statutory records and other files to ensure records accurately reflect the activity undertaken during the relevant period, providing consideration of the rationale for the structure and whether it meets its objectives, identifying any areas of the administration which can be considered to increase the risk profile of the business, ensuring that diaries are set up and maintained for all critical activities such as property insurance renewal, 10 year IHT charges, vesting dates etc. escalating any issues which are considered to be high risk and maintaining the Annual Risk Database.
Candidates must have in depth knowledge of the principles of Trust and Company administration and the laws of the main financial jurisdictions.
