| Description |
| Our client is seeking an experienced Analyst to join their Investment Business Division, working as part of the team you will be involved in both desk-based and on-site supervision of regulated licensees and investment funds. The Investment Business Division is responsible for authorising or registering new investment funds seeking to be established in Guernsey, together with the licensing of entities looking to undertake any form of investment business within the Bailiwick, in addition to their ongoing regulation and supervision.
Responsibilities comprise of scrutinising and reviewing licence and fund applications, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations, arranging and undertaking visits to licensees and preparing reports following visits, scrutinising proposed alterations/changes to the operation of licensees and investment funds and dealing with enquiries from licensees and members of the public.
