| Our client is seeking a Company Secretarial Administrator with previous experience gained within a Trust environment. Attention to detail, a proactive attitude and the ability to work accurately under pressure is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will work in a team whose specific purpose is to provide administrative and corporate secretarial services to a particularly active high net worth client, involving multi million pound property transactions around the world.
Specific duties will involve, close liaison with clients and lawyers, reviewing all documentation relating to transactions, drafting appropriate minutes, reviewing minutes, maintaining securities and assets registers, attending and taking minutes of monthly board meetings and responding to ad hoc client requests in a timely manner.
