| Description |
| Our client is seeking a senior administrator with at least 4-5 years in private equity fund administration, and ideally holding a professional qualification.
Key accountabilities will involve, undertaking new investment transaction related work, including liaison with company secretarial team regarding establishment of holding companies, review of funds flows, reviewing draft investment and fund closing documentation, including client due diligence on new proposed limited partners and co-investors and routine correspondence with limited partners and co-investors.
The successful applicant must have good MS Office skills, with strong attention to detail; be able to work under pressure and manage their own time to meet deadlines
