| Description |
| This is a senior position which requires an individual with extensive knowledge and experience of fund administration, ideally holding a professional qualification.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Fund Administration and will work closely with the Head of Fund Accounting. Principal responsibilities include, liaising with clients and other professional advisers, working closely with the accounting team, to calculate and pay, on behalf of the funds all fees and expenses payable, arrange approval and payment of all invoices received and to arrange the transfer of funds for investment purchases within the required deadlines.
Other duties include, arranging foreign exchange deals, reconcile bank accounts, liaise with the corporate secretarial team and to assist in the production of presentations for new business opportunities.
Applicants will require excellent organisational and planning skills, extensive experience within relevant fund classes, sound technical accounting knowledge and good presentational skills.
