| Description |
| This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Fund Administrator to join a rapidly expanding fiduciary organisation. The successful candidate will assist in delivering timely and accurate fund administration services to a portfolio of clients.
The main duties for this position will include, client liaison, authorising the payment of expenses, paying ongoing expenses of the funds and management companies, dealing with fund transactions, convening of board and general meetings and taking minutes. Other tasks will involve compliance and share registration checking, reconciliation of client monies accounts, preparing investor dealing and reviewing investor due diligence documents.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience and be looking to undertake professional study or MBA / MSC to develop their career. Attention to detail and accuracy is essential, along with an awareness of Guernsey regulations that are applicable to funds and licences.
