| This is a superb opportunity to join a well established insurance management organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Company Secretarial you will be the primary contact on all Company Secretarial matters.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Company Secretarial database, attending and preparing minutes of Company Secretarial Committee meeting, reviewing and implementing new laws and regulations and amending procedures as necessary.
Other key tasks will involve, assisting the client servicing teams with company secretarial issues, ensuring the Guernsey Registry is updated, arranging for the incorporation of Guernsey and non-Guernsey entities, liaising with the relevant departments, lawyers and agents, setting up corporate records, preparing annual validations and ensuring payment of annual statutory fees.
